HVAC COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR, H/FBELGIUM

We are currently looking for an HVAC COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR to join a major industrial Project in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise HVAC pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Develop and review commissioning plans, test procedures, schedules and risk assessments (RAMS).
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors during equipment testing, inspections and functional tests.
• Verify HVAC equipment, instrumentation, controls, interfaces, interlocks and safety devices.
• Monitor mechanical completion and ensure compliance with project requirements and schedules.
• Identify technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, test records, punch lists and compliance documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, Permit to Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors and other commissioning disciplines.
• Support final system acceptance and handover to the operations team.

Profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Significant experience in HVAC, mechanical systems and industrial commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, testing procedures, instrumentation and control systems.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations, RAMS, PTW and LOTO procedures.
• Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, organisational and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently in a demanding industrial project environment.
