HSE PERMIT TO WORK (PTW) COORDINATOR, H/F

We are looking for an HSE Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator for a major natural gas infrastructure project in Dunkirk, France.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the complete PTW process: issuance, review, approval, tracking, and closure
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, PTW procedures, and use of mandatory PPE
• Review method statements and job hazard analyses; identify conflicting activities and mitigation measures
• Participate in daily coordination meetings and maintain up-to-date records of all permits and complementary certificates
• Conduct PTW audits and spot checks on site to ensure correct execution of works
• Train relevant personnel on PTW software, procedures, and safety requirements
• Monitor and report overdue or expired permits, and support incident and near-miss investigations

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and PTW management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Oracle
• Experience using PTW electronic systems
• Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
• Certification N1 N2 & equivalent HSE certifications
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
