HVAC & SERVICES SYSTEMS ENGINEER, H/FTHE NETHERLANDS

For a nuclear project in The Netherlands, we are looking for an experienced HVAC & SERVICES SYSTEMS ENGINEER.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and manage HVAC & Services system requirements.
• Provide and validate design inputs, ensuring compliance with nuclear safety, operability, and maintainability standards.
• Review and approve design deliverables and baselines.
• Act as the main technical contact for external interfaces (municipalities, safety authorities, etc.).
• Support licensing activities with authorities (e.g., ANVS).
• Lead design reviews and assess risks using codes and standards.
• Serve as Work Package Owner for contractor-led activities.

PROFILE:

• Engineering degree with 10+ years of experience in HVAC systems and systems engineering, including in the nuclear sector.
• Experience in Nuclear research reactors (e.g., RA-10, RMB, OPAL, FRM, BR II) or Nuclear power plants (preferably PWR)
• Familiar with nuclear HVAC design, interface management, procurement specs, and INCOSE principles.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience acting as "intelligent customer" or client representative is a strong asset.
