COMPLETION & TURNOVER ENGINEER, M/FBELGIUM

We are currently seeking a COMPLETION & TURNOVER ENGINEER to join a major project in the petrochemical and chemical industry in Belgium.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the completion and turnover process, ensuring proper database management, documentation control, punch list follow-up, and smooth handover of systems in line with project procedures and schedule.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, populate, and update the completion and turnover database
• Track punch list items and monitor handover progress
• Ensure quality records and inspection documents are collected, indexed, and properly maintained
• Support discrepancy follow-up, data analysis, and reporting activities
• Assist with mechanical completion, certification, and commissioning coordination
• Issue regular status reports and highlight areas of concern

PROFILE

• Good knowledge of completion and turnover management processes
• Strong IT skills to support data handling and import activities, including Excel formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting
• Solid experience in the implementation of databases within the construction sector, with at least 3 years of experience using GoCompletions® or an equivalent system
• Fluent in English
