PIPING TEST PACK COORDINATOR, M/FBELGIUM

We are currently seeking a PIPING TEST PACK COORDINATOR to join a major industrial project in Belgium.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Piping Test Pack workflow, ensuring proper follow-up of documentation, testing progress, punch lists, and handover activities in line with project procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate Piping Test Pack folders workflow with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Track progress, status updates, and document release/receipt
• Ensure test pack documentation is complete and compliant with project procedures
• Follow up pressure test execution, punch list items, and turnover activities
• Support quality records collection and system handover preparation
• Issue regular progress reports and highlight any areas of concern

PROFILE

• Solid background in piping discipline
• Good knowledge of completion and turnover management processes
• Strong IT skills, particularly in data handling and import processes, including Excel formulas, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting
• Proven experience in the coordination of piping test packs and pressure test exécution
• Fluent in English
